US Based Shipping
We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on orders over $75.
Shipping is with USPS or FedEx depending on the size of the item.
Shipping time varies based on where you are in the country. Add your items to the cart and you can preview your estimated delivery dates.
We also offer various expedited shipping options. These are additional, and you see the prices for these in the cart and/or checkout pages.
Canadian Shipping
We have daily shipments going to Canada. Add the items to your cart, and you'll be quoted a delivery fee. We use FedEx International Economy; this is generally a 2-3 working day service.
The price quoted includes all duties, taxes and fees, with the product delivered to your door.
International Shipping
In addition to Canada, we can ship to many other countries in the world. You'll be provided a quote for shipping in checkout. PLEASE NOTE - there may be additional duties or fees to pay.
Custom Clubs
Many of the clubs we sell are hand built to order in our Las Vegas assembly facility. Please allow 5-10 working days for us to prepare the clubs before they dispatch. Thereafter, we will ship on whichever service you select, so if you went for a 2-day service, you would be expecting delivery up to 12 working days out from placing your order.
Returns
You may return new stock items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For the avoidance of doubt, new means not used, not hit, not worn - brand new.
We'll process your refund or exchange within 2 working days of receiving it. Refunds can take up to 7 days to appear back on your card; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
We do not accept returns on custom built items. That means any clubs that are built to your specifications. If you are making a choice of length, of shaft, of grip, then that is a custom built club. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial store credit with a restocking fee.
